What Happens in Vagueness, Stays in Vagueness

In the world of Information Technology, things can seem shrouded in mystery – like black boxes or smoke and mirrors. IT professionals often pepper their conversations with technical jargon and buzzwords. Which sometimes leaves the audience confused.

At Sure Systems, we take a different approach to bring clarity:

1. We Dislike Buzzwords

People often use buzzwords to create an illusion of expertise. It can make them appear knowledgeable and up-to-date. However, this veneer often masks a true understanding or substance. It’s like wearing a lab coat and pretending to be a scientist.

2. We Avoid Jargon

We steer clear of complex terms unless necessary. Jargon may shorten phrases, but we find it often confuses rather than enlightens.

3. We Don’t Dumb Down Unnecessarily

Simplifying our language doesn’t mean dumbing down our ideas. We know our customers are intelligent and clever people. We know they might not know all the buzzwords and jargon. We communicate in layperson terms.

4. We Get to the Point Quickly

We know if we listen better, we can understand the real issues. If we can help solve them, we will provide our recommendations and be there to help.

There’s a saying…

“If you can’t dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit.”

Clarity and brilliance outshine smoke and mirrors.
