Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us share our mission. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing sales operations and marketing initiatives. This entails creating, coordinating and executing creative and design strategies for our brand as well as developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company’s core objectives.
We value initiate, fresh ideas and creativity. We are very good at what we do, but we’re not fantastic at promoting ourselves…yet. We’re looking for someone driven and creative that will help us market ourselves sell our solutions, and ultimately, support more small and medium sized businesses.
Functions:
- Work with C.E.O. to design and execute marketing programs that align with the company’s brand and vision
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Plan, create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing platforms
- Develop creative materials such as marketing collateral, presentations, proposals, and other design work as required
- Create and maintain reports on sales performance and market trends
- Support the Sales Team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, generating sales related reports for management, and performing general office functions.
- Handle and prioritize prospects and customer requests among the Sales Team.
- Serve as liaison with other departments in the company to gather documentation and data for supporting the Sales Team.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other related events.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company.
- Monitor sales activity in ConnectWise and assist the Sales Representatives where needed.
- Assure that Sure Systems’ brand and communications guidelines are up to-date and enforced across all departments and media channels.
- Analyze and report on the return on investment of marketing campaigns.
- Event management; local business events, trade shows, and other various prospecting events.
- Direct messaging to prospects via social media, email and other channels.

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with demonstrated experience preparing written communications and materials to influence stakeholders.

- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable communicating with, presenting to, and influencing small to mid-sized business owners and leaders.
- Excellent people skills such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer-care.
- Enjoy working with customer and external audiences, with a service-oriented heart.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge, interest, and experience in sales and/or marketing.
- A customer service background and/or experience delivering client-focused IT solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to demonstrate experience coordinating multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Experience working in an IT professional services firm or related IT environment is an asset

Position is located in a creative and fun Calgary office with a flexible work environment. Not eligible for relocation benefits.
