- Only pay for what you need: We offer different service plans so that we’re not charging you for time or materials you don’t use. We don’t want to upcharge or overcharge our clients for things they’re not actually using. Like we said, we want to keep it simple.
- Scale up or scale down your services as needed: Whether it’s basic support with IT tasks or premium service that covers after hours and emergency support, you can choose a service agreement that meets your needs and your budget – and change your mind if you want to. You have the option to add extras IF you need them – but we won’t force them on you. We want to ensure that our services are working with and for you and our service plan options can grow with your business.
